My personal lifestyle attempts to reflect in the practice of my business. My approach to training is from a vast background of sports, functional and dynamic training. Many exercises have been created from my experiences with clients and I always customize each clients workouts to her/his fitness level, metabolic fingerprint, unique posture and goals. My approach to wellness is very diversified and involves a network of professionals that I am work closely with and refer clients to. The focus is on incorporating a holistic and natural approach to better health.
